Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Optima Compass Group since October 2020, Douglas is responsible for coding assignments, code review, task delegation, and software program management. Prior to this, Douglas worked as a Software Developer at 3VAM CA, focusing on the development of an anti-money laundering system, and as a System Analyst at Fundacion INZIT, where Douglas enhanced an ERP system for human resource and financial management. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Maracaibo University Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from San Francisco University Institute.
