Allison Shepard

Allison Shepard has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Allison is currently working as the Director of Training and Compliance at Optima Dermatology. Prior to this, they worked as a Registered Nurse at °Nomad Health and as a Resident Care Director at HealthCare Support. Allison also served as a Clinical Nurse Educator at Hospice of Southern Maine and as a Clinical Instructor at St. Joseph's College. Allison has experience as a Regional Clinical Educator RN at ConvenientMD Urgent Care and as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Southern Maine. Allison has also worked as a Registered Nurse at Maine Medical Center and Camp Young Judaea. Earlier in their career, they served as a Research Coordinator at Dartmouth College Psychiatric Research Center.
