Tom Capodicasa, RCDD, is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on electrical and technology systems design. Since August 2016, Tom has held multiple roles at Optima Engineering PA, including Associate, Technology Team Leader, and Electrical & Technology Project Manager, where responsibilities encompass electrical, telecommunications, security, access control, audio/visual, and intelligent building design across various sectors such as education, commercial, retail, and healthcare. Prior to this, Tom served as an Electrical Project Engineer at M/E Engineering, P.C. from July 2008 to July 2016, specializing in lighting, power, and telecommunications design for commercial projects, including casinos, hotels, restaurants, and military installations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, completed in 2008, and attended Canisius University from 2003 to 2004.
