Nicola Smith

Nicola Smith currently serves as the Head of Service Operations and Head of Customer Service at Optima Health (OH&W) since January 2019. With a strong background in customer service leadership, Nicola previously held the position of Head of Customer Service at Hyperoptic Ltd. from May 2016 to October 2018 and Head of Resource & Delivery at Nuffield Health between July 2013 and December 2015.
