Additionally, Crystal serves as a Senior Business Analyst at Optima Health, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring quality in project implementation. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Database Administrator at Huntington Ingalls Industries, where Crystal oversaw substantial project management and staff operations, as well as a Healthcare Administrator position at Divine Home Care Providers. Crystal’s early career includes a Contract Specialist role at the Defense Logistics Agency, which involved managing numerous procurement requests. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Denver and an MBA from Strayer University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Virginia State University.
