Khaled Ghaly

Khaled Ghaly has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership positions. Khaled most recently served as the SVP Operations - COO at Optima Health starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Enterprise Operations at Delta Dental of California from June 2017 to August 2019. From June 2012 to June 2017, they held the position of Associate VP, Core Operations, and also served as the Claims Configuration Director for a brief period in February 2012 at Molina Healthcare. Khaled was the Claims and Configuration Director at Arcadian Health Plan from January 2009 to February 2012. Before that, they worked as the Operations Reporting and Analysis Director at Health Net from September 2004 to December 2008. Khaled also has experience as a Financial Analyst, working at Kaiser Permanente from April 2002 to August 2004, and briefly at NAMM California in 2002.

Khaled Ghaly attended Tanta University from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
