Sonya Davis is an experienced Decision Support Analyst at Optima Health since October 2014, responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining applications and databases, as well as ensuring data consistency through validation and quality assurance processes. Prior to this role, Sonya served as a Manager at ValueOptions, Inc.® from 2012 to 2014, overseeing the credentialing team and ensuring compliance with NCQA and CMS standards. Sonya also held managerial and business analyst positions at Amerigroup from 2004 to 2012, where responsibilities included managing provider data operations and supporting reimbursement policies. Currently attending Davenport University for a degree in Health Care Administration/Management, Sonya also holds a high school diploma from Camden High School.
