Randall Malcolm

Randall Malcolm is an experienced executive and entrepreneur currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Optima Holdings LLC and as the Founder of Optima Audience, where product design and user engagement are prioritized for continuous improvement. Previously, Randall held the roles of Founder/CEO at Transport Learning, overseeing product design and educational content, and Project Manager at Noodle, focusing on various aspects of project management including front-end design and content management. Additional experience includes work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Miami, a Research Assistant at Caltech, and Director of HR at The Princeton Review, managing teacher-related operations. Randall holds a Master's degree in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and Neuroscience from Pitzer College.
