Kyle Lopatin

Kyle Lopatin has extensive experience in real estate development and asset management, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Optima, Inc. since October 2019, where responsibilities include evaluating multifamily development feasibility and conducting comprehensive underwriting for investment guidance. Prior to this role, Kyle worked at Pacific Western Bank from April 2015 to October 2019, holding positions from Associate to Vice President in Asset Management and Development. Earlier experience includes a tenure at MB Financial Bank as a Commercial Credit Analyst from July 2013 to March 2015. Kyle holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Butler University.
