Ali Shivji is a seasoned professional in the seniors care industry with a diverse background spanning various sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Optima Living Communities since July 2015, Ali previously founded The Shivani Group, a coaching firm dedicated to CEOs in the seniors industry. Ali's experience includes the role of Chief Operating Officer at AgeCare, managing senior care operations across Canada, and positions at McKinsey & Company and Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a certificate from Johns Hopkins University focused on dementia care. Ali's career reflects a strong commitment to enhancing senior living and care through innovative strategies and leadership development.
