The Community and Public Relations Team at Optima Living is dedicated to enhancing the company's image and fostering positive relationships with the public and community stakeholders. This team organizes outreach events, develops and executes communication strategies, and liaises with media and local organizations to promote Optima Living's innovative seniors’ living communities and their unique values of respect, dignity, and teamwork. They also handle inquiries, manage community partnerships, and ensure that the company's mission and North Star principles are effectively communicated and upheld.
