Will Emtage

Will Emtage is a seasoned professional specializing in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) advisory services within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of ESG at Optima Partners Compliance Advisory, Will leads efforts to ensure ESG compliance and drive value across private equity, investment banking, and asset management. Previous roles include Associate Director of Sustainable Business & ESG at RPS, where Will developed ESG services for corporates and alternative investments, and Founder of ESG Oracle, aimed at bridging investment professionals with actionable ESG insights. Will’s extensive experience also encompasses business development at Generation Community Ventures, focusing on renewable energy projects, and strategic advisory consulting for various organizations, including University College Cork. Will holds a Master’s in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Theology and Religion from Durham University.
