Ed Knight

Ed Knight is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and financial services. Currently serving as the Director of Banking & Financial Services at Optima Partners since January 2023, Ed leads initiatives employing a Transformation by Design approach to enhance client value. Previously, Ed was a Senior Consultant and Financial Services Sector Lead at Signal, where the focus was on transitioning brands from legacy customer communications management to connected customer experience management. Ed's career also includes significant roles at Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Marketing Transformation to Senior Manager in various marketing and communications planning positions. Earlier roles include positions at ANZ, and Lloyds TSB, where Ed contributed to new product development and business development, respectively.
