Millie Peacock has four years of professional experience, beginning in 2016. Millie started as an Assistant Psychologist at RICE-The Research Institute for the Care of Older People. Millie then moved to The Huntercombe Group in 2017, also as an Assistant Psychologist. In 2018, they joined North Highland as a Consultant and Analyst. Currently, they are a Manager and Senior Consultant at Optima Partners.

Millie Peacock has a diverse educational background. Millie obtained an Honours Degree in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh between 2011 and 2015. Millie then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Applied Neuropsychology from the University of Bristol between 2015 and 2016. Most recently, they completed a Professional Diploma in Data-Driven Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, PROSCI Change Management from Prosci in October 2019 and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
