Lauren Hart is a seasoned occupational therapist and entrepreneur with a strong background in providing specialized services to individuals with diverse abilities. As the Founder and Director of Optimal Living Therapy since April 2018, Lauren has focused on delivering comprehensive care for adults with neurological conditions and intellectual disabilities. Co-founding Otuition in 2022, Lauren plays a pivotal role in shaping an innovative platform for occupational therapists. Lauren's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Occupational Therapist at Fiona Stanley Hospital and working in various roles that emphasize home assessments, community rehabilitation, and chronic disease management. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Curtin University and a Diploma of Access Consulting from the Institute of Access Training Australia. Additionally, Lauren is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization.

Optimal Living Therapy is a registered NDIS provider for Occupational Therapy, offering diverse services to adult individuals with a wide range of abilities. Our main area of expertise is neurological conditions such as Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Huntington’s disease. We support our clients to achieve their goals and live a connected and fulfilling life. We value open and honest communication within our service and are happy to discuss your situation specifically to help you determine if we are the best fit for you. Another key area of expertise for our team is providing consultation, eligibility assessments and certifications for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). SDA recognises the importance of the built environment in maximising an individual’s function. Our therapy and home modification experience mean we have an intimate understanding of how participants utilise built environments and can consult accordingly.
