Nuno Couto

Nuno Couto is the founder and managing partner of Optimal Partners Consulting. Nuno has over fifteen years of experience in project management and consulting, with a focus on data systems and web applications.

Couto began their career at Boston College, where they managed the implementation of a $1.7 million data mart and Cognos reporting environment. Nuno also managed the university's transition to a new learning management system, as well as the redesign of the school's web portal. Nuno was responsible for several web applications for the Graduate Schools of Nursing, Education, and Social Work.

In 2012, Couto left Boston College to join Harvard University as a project manager and consultant. Nuno worked closely with the school's Office of Sponsored Programs and Financial Systems department on the implementation of a new effort reporting system. Nuno also helped add committed effort functionality to Harvard's internal systems.

Couto founded Optimal Partners Consulting in 2013. The company provides consulting services to educational institutions and nonprofits on data systems, web applications, and project management.

Nuno Couto has an MBA in Business Administration from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, and a Bachelors in Business Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
