Inga Shpigelman

Inga Shpigelman has over 15 years of experience in technical support and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Technical Support Expert and previously as a QA Manager at Optimal+ since January 2008, Inga has developed expertise in ensuring product quality and user satisfaction. Prior experience includes a role as a QA Engineer at Euclides Technologies Incorporated from 2006 to 2008. Inga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and biology from Bar-Ilan University, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
