Giuseppe Paolelli has over a decade of experience in revenue management and sales roles in the hospitality industry. Giuseppe is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Optimand, a system that allows hotels to anticipate customer demand in real-time and implement targeted promotions. Prior to this, they worked as a Cluster Revenue Manager at HotelRevenue.co.uk from 2013 to 2017. Giuseppe also served as a Revenue Manager at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group from 2016 to 2017.

Before their roles in revenue management, Giuseppe held various positions at The Leonard Hotel, including Sales & Revenue Manager and Reservations & Revenue Manager. Giuseppe managed long and short-term selling strategies, yield management, and account management of corporate and leisure accounts. Giuseppe also oversaw hotel website management and trained reservations agents and front office staff.

Giuseppe gained further experience as a Sales & Revenue Manager at Holiday Inn London Oxford Circus, where they were responsible for overall revenue management, sales, and marketing. Giuseppe also managed corporate accounts and negotiations.

Earlier in their career, Giuseppe worked as a Reservations Executive at Forte Village Resort, where they handled reservation inquiries, maximized resort revenue through upselling, and managed advance purchase bookings.

Giuseppe Paolelli completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2001 to 2006. Giuseppe then pursued further education and obtained their Master's Degree in Tourism Management from AILUN - Alta Formazione Manageriale between 2008 and 2009.
