Tom Morgan

Tom Morgan is a Business Unit Manager for the Yellow Team at Optimas Solutions, where they have worked for over four and a half years. Initially starting as a New Business Sourcing Specialist for the Ford account, Tom transitioned to the JLR account, ultimately serving as the Project & Launch Manager. In this role, Tom facilitated changes to JLR vehicle BOMs, coordinated supply chain activities, and led internal projects to improve efficiency. Prior to Optimas, Tom held various positions in account management, with experience across FMCG, aerospace, and automotive sectors, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Staffordshire University.
