Yacintha Mulder

Yacintha Mulder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, circular economy, and sustainability, currently serving as a Board Member of TAUW Participation since January 2023. Yacintha has been an enthusiastic member of the working group for "Hee, ben jij oké?" since October 2022, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and social safety in the construction and infrastructure sectors. As the Business Unit Manager at Tauw Nederland since March 2016, Yacintha leads initiatives related to data management, consultancy, and innovation while managing teams, projects, and strategies within the organization. Previous roles include team leadership and project management at both Tauw Nederland and BK ingenieurs, alongside consultancy work in soil and water management. Yacintha is also a certified Reiki Master and has a background in Geo-Environmental Science and Analytical Chemistry, having obtained degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
