Leah Hamilton currently serves as Manager of Culture and Organizational Effectiveness at Optimax Systems, Inc. since August 2019, having previously held the role of Workforce Development Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Phelps Library & STEAM Lab Makerspace from January 2013 to August 2019 and Collections Manager for Rare Books & Special Collections at the University of Rochester from June 1997 to February 2013. Leah is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval History and Early English Literature from McGill University, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Public Library Administration from Long Island University.
