Pål Fadum

Pål Fadum has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Pål currently serves as the Chief Engineer at Optime Subsea since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at TechnipFMC as a Technical Manager from October 2017 to April 2020. Pål also had a long tenure at FMC Technologies, where they held various roles such as Chief System Engineer, Technology Manager, Lead Engineer, and Manager in different departments. Pål'sexperience at FMC Technologies spans from 1996 to 2017. Pål started their career as a Structural Analyst at Engineering Analysis Consultants (EAC) from 1993 to 1996.

Pål Fadum completed their Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Agder (UiA) between 1986 and 1989. Pål then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas, specializing in the field of study, which they earned from 1989 to 1993.
