Andrew Bard

Andrew Bard has extensive work experience in the health insurance industry. Andrew currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at OptiMed Health Plans from January 2021. Prior to this, they served as President at Tokio Marine HCC - Medical Insurance Services from July 2019 to January 2021. Andrew also held the position of Senior Vice President & General Manager at the same company from March 2004 to January 2021.

Andrew Bard completed their high school education from Scottsburg High School between 1994 and 1997. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Business from Hanover College, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
