Rebecca Lunde

Rebecca Lunde is an experienced Content Manager at Optimera AS since March 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team of six in building a customer service center for online building services. Previous roles at Optimera AS involved e-Business Coordinator and e-Commerce Coordinator, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets, adapting training to digital formats during the pandemic, and supporting professional market e-commerce solutions. Prior to Optimera, Rebecca worked as a Kundekonsulent in Technical Support at Nets Group, assisting various customers with payment solutions, and served as a learning assistant at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), providing feedback on student assignments. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from NTNU and completed secondary education with a focus on language, social studies, and economics at Oslo Katedralskole.
