Enon Geoffrey

Enon Geoffrey has held two significant roles in their work experience. Enon started their career at TNSrms in 2001 as a Field Operations Manager, where they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies for field operational management. Enon also managed the hiring, training, and overall supervision of field staff. Additionally, Enon played a key role in establishing departmental policies, goals, and objectives, as well as managing the organization's financial and budget activities for field operations. After working at TNSrms for over 12 years, they joined OptiMetriks in 2015 as a Country Manager for the Uganda Field department. In this role, Enon was responsible for managing field executives and a team of freelance field interviewers. Enon ensured the quality of data collection, monitored field projects, and interacted with clients for business development. Enon actively visited projects in the field to ensure efficient operations and implemented people management processes like skill development, training, and appraisals.

Enon Geoffrey attended Makerere University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. In addition, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Makerere University, although the specific dates for this degree are unknown.
