Felix has been an Innovative legal and business executive leading the Legal, Policy and Compliance teams at Trend Micro -- a $1.7B revenue public internet security company with 7000+ employees in 65 countries -- for the last 10 years. Prior to that, he was the VP and Associate General Counsel at VeriSign for 8 years, as well as previously being an Associate of Technology Transactions and Litigation at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Felix has a BA from UC Santa Cruz; Executive Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business; Executive Education from Harvard Business School; and a JD from UC Davis School of Law.
