Prasad Ramakrishnan is an innovator in a “Cloud First” ecosystem who has successfully transitioned companies from a traditional IT architecture to a user experience enhanced cloud-only architecture.

He has the ability to Operate at C-level as a business partner with the Board,other C-Level executives and third-party partners, and he has hands-on experience with managing core infrastructure, end user services, Cloud platforms and SaaS applications.

Prasad possesses a unique combination of product development, consulting operations and corporate IT experience, and brings experience in defining and implementing compliance requirements (e.g. SOX) for public and pre-IPO companies. He enjoys working in dynamic fast-paced environments where innovation and customer experience is the primary focus.
