Norman Racine

Norman Racine has extensive experience in IT and leadership roles. Norman is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services. Prior to this, Norman founded Virtual IT Shop, LLC in 2009 and held the position of SVP & CIO. At Virtual IT Shop, they specialized in providing IT services to behavioral health care providers in Los Angeles, including managing EHRS, LA county contract services, and network security. Norman also served as a board member at Mission Doctors Association from 2010 to 2018, actively contributing to the Fund Development Committee and Audit Committee. Previously, they were the SVP & CIO at TelePacific Communications from 2000 to 2008. Norman started their career as a consultant at LTC International, Accenture, and Bell Sygma before working as a Technical Advisor at Bell Canada.

Norman Racine pursued their education in Computer Science at Dawson College from 1982 to 1985. During this time, they obtained a DEC/BS degree.
