Michael Boles

Michael Boles has a diverse work experience spanning both the corporate and military sectors. Michael has been with Optimist International since 2018, where they have held various leadership roles. As Vice President-Elect, they oversee the development and execution of business objectives and provides guidance and training to District Governors across six geographic districts. In their role on the International Leadership Development Committee, they create training materials and facilitates workshops for international members. Prior to these roles, they served as the District Leadership Development Chair, promoting leadership development within the district through training sessions and workshops. Before joining Optimist International, Michael served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class from 1995 to 2000.

Michael Boles earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, in 1997, they attended the U.S. Navy "C" School, where they studied Radar Communications and Systems Technology.
