Gale Saldana

Gale Saldana has a diverse work experience in the media and entertainment industry. They started their career in 2011 as a Best Boy, Grip and Electric at Light It Up LA and worked there until 2014. Following that, they joined Maker Studios Inc as a Gaffer from 2014 to 2017. Concurrently, Gale also worked as a Camera Operator, Grip, and Production Assistant at Fullscreen from 2016 to 2017. In 2014, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Raed S. Fawaz D.D.S. From 2017 to 2019, Gale served as a Gaffer/Swing at both The Walt Disney Company and Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution. They then joined Quixote Studios in 2018 and held various roles such as Stage Manager, Lead Stage Manager, Studio Operations Manager, and eventually became the Director of Studio Operations until 2023. Currently, Gale is working at Optimist Inc in the role of Studio Operations & Studio Sales, starting from March 2023.

Gale Saldana attended The Los Angeles Film School from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Entertainment Business degree with a specialization in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
