Kolja Danquah has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative field. Kolja started their career as a Copywriter Intern at Plantage Berlin in 2008. From there, they joined Kolle Rebbe GmbH as a Junior Copywriter in 2009 and later became a Copywriter. In 2012, they joined Leagas Delaney Hamburg / Prague as a Copywriter, where they worked on international accounts such as ALNO, BOSCH Automotive, followfish, and SKODA Auto a. S.

In 2014, Kolja moved to Serviceplan International as a Senior Copywriter and later became a Creative Director in 2015. Kolja held this role until 2019 when they joined Serviceplan Group as the Executive Creative Director. During their time at Serviceplan Group, they played a crucial role in leading and managing creative strategies.

Most recently, in 2023, Kolja joined Optimist Inc. as a Creative Strategist. At Optimist Inc., they utilize their extensive experience and expertise to develop and implement innovative and effective creative strategies.
