Igantzi Rodriguez Roldan

Igantzi Rodriguez Roldan has worked in various roles since 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they were employed by Grupo ISN as an Ingeniero de asuntos de calidad and Ingeniero de procesos (inyección de piezas de plástico para industria automovilística). In this role, their responsibilities included control de calidad, trato con clientes, reclamaciones, 8D, método, proyectos nuevos, apoyo a producción, Lean Manufacturing, optimización de puestos de trabajo, 5S, método, and contacto con el cliente. In 2016, they moved to MAXAM as a Supervisor de mantenimiento. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Kaizen Institute Western Europe as a Consultor en excelencia operacional, where they were responsible for asesoramiento en gestión de flujo, optimización de procesos, TPM, and mejora de la calidad, primarily in the automotive (tier1 and jit) and process industry sectors. In 2019, they joined OPTIMITIVE Group as a PMO Manager and Project Manager.

Igantzi Rodriguez Roldan has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they graduated from Mondragon Unibertsitatea with a degree in Industrial Design and Product Design. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they earned a Master's degree in Industrial Production Engineering. In 2017, they completed a Six Sigma certification from Egibide. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Project Management & Other Tools for Career Development from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Lastly, they are expected to receive a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
