Raúl Rivero Martín PMP®

Raúl Rivero Martín PMP® has worked in the engineering and project management fields since 2011. From 2011-2013, they were a Process Engineer at Sidenor Aceros Especiales S.L. and Olazabal y Huarte S.A. From 2013-2015, they were a Quality and Process Engineer at BSH Home Appliances Group. From 2015-2019, they were a Technical Innovation Engineer at Photobox, where they worked closely with production managers to identify, design, build, and deliver solutions to support process improvements. Currently, they are a Project Manager & Process Optimization Engineer at OPTIMITIVE Group, delivering Artificial Intelligence (AI) Real Time Optimization (RTO) and Advance Process Control (APC) solutions for a wide range of industries. Their work is focused on Industry 4.0 and industrial digitalization, with the goal of optimizing process performance and reducing CO2 footprints.

Raúl Rivero Martín PMP® completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering and Management from UPV-EHU between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering - MEng in Mechanical Engineering from UPV-EHU between 2007 and 2011. Raúl also holds certifications in Siemens TIA PORTAL from EGIBIDE (Fundación Diocesanas-Jesús Obrero Fundazioa) obtained in February 2019, Industrial Electrics and Control Fundamentals from INTACS Industrial Training obtained in October 2017, Advance PLC Programming from OMRON Industrial Automation Europe obtained in June 2017, Electropneumatics Festo from City & Guilds for Business obtained in February 2017, Modern Industrial Pneumatic Festo from City & Guilds for Business obtained in August 2016, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ExpertRating Solutions obtained in February 2016, Lean Manufacturing from EGIBIDE obtained in March 2014, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from Project Management Institute obtained in May 2022. Raúl is also currently pursuing a Six Sigma certification from EGIBIDE.
