Sander Meysen has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Sander began their career at IBM in 1999, where they worked as an iSeries/AS400 Sales representative, responsible for direct selling and technical expertise on IBM's Midrange Servers. Sander later transitioned to an Account Manager role in the Financial Services sector before becoming an International Sales Specialist, where they worked with global customers and helped facilitate international business. In 2008, they helped set up operations for the Midmarket division within IBM UK.

Meysen continued to progress in their career and joined Lenovo in 2015. Sander initially held the role of Operations Manager for the Enterprise Business Group, focusing on growing Lenovo Data Center Group sales and market share. Sander then transitioned to the role of DCG Public Sector Account Manager, where they built trusted relationships with government and educational institutions and aligned Lenovo's data center solutions with their needs.

In 2020, Meysen faced redundancy twice but used the opportunity to build their network, assist other jobseekers, and enhance their skills through training modules. Sander briefly worked as a Business Manager at Arrow ECS United Kingdom, leading the Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group business. Currently, they hold the position of Internal Sales Manager at Optimity Ltd.

Throughout their career, Meysen exhibited strong leadership skills, managed executive-level engagements, and consistently focused on delivering business growth and profitability.

Sander Meysen's education history includes a Masters in Human Geography from Utrecht University, which was obtained from 1989 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Florida in 1995. Sander has also acquired certifications in Asking Great Sales Questions and Digital Body Language from LinkedIn in July 2020, along with certifications in Effective Communication in the Workplace and Working in Diverse Teams from The Open University. Furthermore, they hold the Level 1 Umpire Award (Field Hockey) from England and Great Britain Hockey since July 2020. Additionally, Sander obtained the Lenovo Data Center Sales Certification Exam in April 2020 and the Lenovo Networking Professional certification in May 2018. Lastly, they obtained the Level 1 Hockey Coach (Field Hockey) certification from England and Great Britain Hockey in March 2011.
