Montaser Rasras

Montaser Rasras is a skilled professional with extensive experience in ERP and CRM solutions. Currently serving as a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant at Optimiza since December 2024, Montaser previously held the position of Transformation Product Specialist at Capital Bank of Jordan. Prior to that, Montaser was with AppsPro for over five years, where roles included Oracle CX Senior Consultant and CX Consultant, focusing on Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Services. Earlier experience includes an Associate Business Consultant position at Omnix International, where responsibilities involved client meetings to ensure system specifications met requirements, and a role in product management at e-Tech Systems. Montaser’s career began at Second Cup as a Sales and Assistant Store Manager. Montaser holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Petra University, completed in 2014.
