Louie Martinez

Louie Martinez is the current Vice President of People Strategy

at Optimize Health. Prior to this, they were the Director, People Operations at Quartet Health from April 2017 to June 2021. In this role, they promoted to Operations Analyst and managed recruiting for the Arizona market for new and existing practices consisting of entry level to leadership roles. Louie also managed the construction and launch of multiple new clinical practices in the Arizona market; owned relationships with construction, architecture, vendor, and property management personnel.

Martinez began their career as an Associate Recruiter at Iora Health from August 2014 to March 2017. In this role, they co-managed all practices in Arizona market by supporting practice leadership, facilities maintenance, training, team development, and patient panel growth planning. Louie also launched clinics, trained, and cultivated company culture in Georgia, Colorado, Arizona, and Washington markets. Additionally, they co-authored the standardization of operational processes for 10+ new practices for 2016; including vendor relationship, site set up, equipment set up and testing, safety check, and day 1 readiness.

Louie Martinez attended Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. They also completed a minor in Sustainability Studies.

Louie Martinez reports to Todd Haedrich, CEO. They work with Ryan Clark - Vice President of Client Solutions, Chuks Owuneme - Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer, and Sarah Jacob - Vice President of Product.
