Angela Jones is a seasoned professional in user experience and customer experience research with extensive expertise in various industries. Currently serving as a Sr UX Researcher at Optimizely since May 2022, Angela has previously held significant roles at H&R Block, both as a Sr. CX Researcher and as an Experience Lead for Financial Services, where a strong emphasis was placed on user needs and strategic problem-solving. Angela has also worked as a UX Team Manager at The Nerdery and held various positions focused on user-centered design, usability testing, and experience strategy from 2011 through 2018.
