Aurel Sinea is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and operational management. Currently serving as an Order Management Specialist in Customer Billing Support at Optimizely since February 2021, Aurel leads efforts to ensure accurate invoicing and enhance the customer journey through high-quality communication and analysis for process improvement. Previously, Aurel worked as a Launch & Change Management Specialist at Continental, managing logistics for new product launches, and as a Subject Matter Expert at Wipro Limited, overseeing customer relationships and order management.
