Jillian Hensley

Jillian Hensley, SCP, is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as HR Director for the Americas at Optimizely since December 2021, having previously held roles as Senior HR Manager and Senior HR Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Investigator in Employee Relations and Human Resources Generalist at XPO Logistics, Inc., and Assistant Director of Recruitment & Employer Relations at Mount St. Mary's University, where outreach efforts were made to market students to recruiters. Earlier roles also include positions as HR Assistant at Pella Corporation and Manpower at Clarks USA, and HR/Claims Assistant at System One Holdings, LLC. Jillian holds a Master of Science in HR Management from Western Carolina University and two Bachelor's Degrees in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
