Sanchia Reaz

Sanchia Reaz currently serves as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Optimizely, a position held since January 2022, after progressing through roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition for APJ and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Prior to Optimizely, Sanchia held the role of Head of HR (BD) and Senior Manager, Global People Operations at Welcome from March 2021 to January 2022.
