Sandesh Sharma has over 25 years of extensive experience in Clinical Optometry, specializing in Hospital Eye Care. They held the position of Director at Optimizers since 2021, focusing on industry change through Lean Principles and Six Sigma in eyecare. Previously, Sandesh served as General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Benfranklin Opticians, and has also worked as a Regional Manager at VisionSpring and as a Consultant Optometrist at Titan Eyeplus. Sandesh holds an MBA in Marketing and Brand Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration and multiple certifications from L V Prasad Eye Institute.
