Paige Haeberle

Paige Haeberle has worked in the IT industry since 1997. Paige began their career at Wendover Financial Services an EDS Company as a Business Analyst. In 2001, they moved to West Chester University as a Business Practices Analyst and documented 60+ approved procedures in a higher education environment. In 2004, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Upland Mortgage and was involved in all aspects of System Design Life Cycle for an Automated Underwriting System. In 2005, they worked at Wilmington Finance as a Senior Business Analyst – Process Improvement and reviewed and analyzed business methods, identified continuous improvement opportunities, created and maintained all necessary support materials, worked with users to trouble shoot issues with systemic processes. In 2006, they worked at Freedom Mortgage Corp as a Senior Business Analyst and was responsible for a varied list of Business Analysis efforts and support activities. In 2017, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Sr. Consultant - IT BA - QA and interacted with the Business Stakeholders to define needs for work queues to expedite loan processing, underwriting and closing. In 2018, they worked at SocketLabs as a Business Analysis & Quality Assurance and managed the collection and definition of business requirements. Currently, they work at OPTiMO Information Technology since 2019 as a Project Manager and Lead Analyst. As a Project Manager, they work with Stakeholders to define requirements, prioritizes and grooms these requirements into Epics, Features, and Stories, and maintains project plan and prioritizes work to expedite product delivery. As a Lead Analyst, they work with Business Stakeholders to define high level requirements, decomposes and prioritizes these requirements into Epics, Features, and Stories, writes acceptance criteria to meet requirements, and composes test cases that cover the acceptance criteria.

Paige Haeberle obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Penn State University between 1997 and 2000. Paige also holds a Bachelor's degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from the Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Product Owner in June 2022, and Certified Scrum Master in March 2015.
