Itai Goldich

Itai Goldich has over 15 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Itai currently works as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Optimove since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as a Leadership Recruiter and Technical Sourcer from 2019 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at MostWanted - Executive Search as a Headhunter, where they led recruitment processes for exclusive and innovative organizations. Itai also worked as a Recruiter at Draco Group in 2017. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Redwood International Sports, including HR Manager, HR & Logistics Manager, and Data Collector.

Itai Goldich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Itai then pursued a Master's degree in Political Science with a specialization in Government and Public Policy from the same institution, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they received certification in Entelo Basics from Entelo in May 2020.
