Jonathan Riftin

Jonathan Riftin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jonathan is currently the Director of Customer Success at Optimove, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Jonathan co-founded Placement-Buster.com in 2020 and served as a Co-Founder until August 2021. Jonathan also co-founded Klutch.ai in 2019 and acted as the CEO until July 2020. Jonathan worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler from June 2019 to July 2020. Jonathan gained experience in customer success as the Customer Success Director at Bizzabo from February 2018 to July 2020. Before that, Jonathan served as the Senior Manager of Partnerships at Taboola from October 2016 to an unspecified date in 2018. Jonathan began their career at Google, where they held various roles such as Industry Manager, Analytical Lead, and Industry Analyst from 2011 to 2015. Jonathan's early experience includes co-founding Sonic Sound and working in Drones (UAVs) Operation at Aeronautics Defense Systems. Additionally, they worked as a Principal at CE Ventures, where they made investments in technology companies from November 2015 to October 2016.

Jonathan Riftin earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Tel Aviv University from 2008 to 2012. Jonathan also received facilitator training in group conflict facilitation from Seeds of peace in 2007-2009. Jonathan completed their high school education at Hadarim High-school from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Biology and Music. In addition, they obtained leadership training from LEAD - Leadership Development in 1999-2002. Jonathan has also acquired certification in Google Adwords.
