Lidia Montoya

Lidia Montoya's work experience includes being a Data Integration Engineer Team Lead at Optimove since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an ERP Application Specialist at the Art Gallery of Alberta in 2019, where they focused on understanding business processes, documenting procedures, and acquiring expertise in the organization's applications. Lidia also had a volunteer and internship role at the Edmonton Police Service in 2014, where they gained valuable social skills and a better understanding of the challenges faced by the city.

Lidia Montoya obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business from MacEwan University, graduating in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Police Investigations Diploma from MacEwan University in 2015. Lidia also has additional certifications in Crisis Intervention, Interviewing Techniques, and a Restricted Telecommunications Operator Certificate - Aeronautical Qualification.
