Jeffrey Knox

Jeffrey Knox started their career in 2012 at All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., where they worked as an IT Services Sales Executive leading all IT Services within their territory. Jeffrey was responsible for their own quota and acted as a trusted advisor to clients.

In 2017, they joined FlexPrint (Flex Technology Group) as an IT Services Sales Manager. Jeffrey trained, developed, coached, and managed a team of three sales members. Jeffrey consistently achieved sales and profitability objectives and accurately forecasted revenue streams.

Currently, Jeffrey Knox is the Sales Director at MacroFab, Inc. Jeffrey assumed this role in November 2021 and is responsible for leading the sales team.

Jeffrey Knox has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Silicon Valley College. Jeffrey has also obtained additional certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA) from Cisco, Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales from ConnectWise, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2016 Application Infrastructure Configuration from Microsoft, and Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force.
