Nooshin Yazhari has over 12 years of experience in the technology sector. Nooshin began their career in 2007 as a Senior Business Analyst/Developer at BlueCross BlueShield. In 2009, they moved to Sogeti as an e-Commerce Analyst/Project Manager. In 2012, they took on the role of Senior Project Manager at Stonebridge. In 2013, they joined Catapult Systems as a Managing Consultant - Program Manager, where they were responsible for directing the planning, implementation, operation and support of the SharePoint portfolio and individual applications and procedures for the client's business functions. That same year, they also became Program Manager at Spectra Energy. In 2016, they were appointed Board Member and Vice President of e-Business at the Project Management Institute Houston, where they chaired and led the Technology and eBusiness Committee. In 2018, they became a Member of Silver Fox Advisors. In 2020, they joined the Forbes Technology Council as an Official Member and the Government Blockchain Association as a Member. Nooshin is currently the President and Managing Director of Optimum Consultancy Services, a Modern Software Solutions Consulting firm helping clients increase efficiency, reduce operational costs, and deliver true business results, through the combination of business consulting services and fit-for-purpose software solutions.
Nooshin Yazhari has a diverse educational background. In 2008, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University. In 2016, they received certifications in Nintex Pro and Admin from Nintex and SmartSheet Certified User from Smartsheet. In 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2019, they obtained a Certification of Completion in the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In 2020, they obtained an Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as completing the Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program at the MIT Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab.
