Jason Petras

Jason Petras has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Jason is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Optimum Design Associates. From 2015 to 2022, they served as the Principal Consultant at Jumping Point Technologies LLC, where they had expertise in various areas such as hardware architecture, design, layout, and embedded systems. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Hardware Engineering at Energous Corporation from 2013 to 2015 and as a Member of the Technical Staff at Macnica Americas from 2012 to 2013. Jason also has experience as an Applications Engineer at Future Electronics from 2010 to 2012, Senior Hardware Development Engineer at Alloptic from 2007 to 2010, Senior Systems Engineer at NVIDIA from 2006 to 2007, Senior Hardware Engineer at Alloptic from 2000 to 2006, Power Engineer at Intel in 1999, and Software Engineer at Teradyne in 1998.

Jason Petras attended the University of the Pacific from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with Honors.
