Chance Smith is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Optimum Energy Partners. Chance is responsible for the operational division of the Company as well as enhancing growth and achieving target objectives. Mr. Smith has over 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, most notably as a former founder of Trojan Tubular Services, a prominent oilfield service company.
