Chelsea Wilson is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in healthcare IT and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a National Healthcare IT Recruiter at Optimum Healthcare IT since September 2025, Chelsea previously held the position of Lead Recruiter at Shyft6 from October 2021 to September 2025. Prior to that, Chelsea gained valuable experience as a Recruiter at Hueman People Solutions from June 2016 to October 2021 and started the career as an Onboarding Specialist at Optimum Healthcare IT from May 2013 to June 2016. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Flagler College, earned between 2007 and 2012.
